Due to the frequent oversubscription
of most summer meets, there will be only one date that the coaching
staff must be notified if a swimmer will not be able to attend a meet.
If so, a Meet Absentee Form must be completed and returned to the coaching
staff by Monday, May 2, 2005. Doing this will allow the coaching
staff to send the meet entries in as soon as possible. Detailed meet
information is available on request.
