1. There will be a high school varsity discount of $20 for girls and $40 for boys if they join from
Sept.-Nov. If you join after Nov. the Varsity discount will not apply.
2. The Varsity discount will take effect in the form of a credit if the registration fee is paid in full.
3. United States Swimming registration fees will be paid by each swimmer and is not included in the
NBS registration fee. The USA Swimming registration fee for 2006-2007 is $53.
4. A mandatory team uniform must be purchased and is not included in the registration fee.
5. Individual entry fees for USA Swimming meets will be paid by each swimmer.
6. Relay entry fees will be paid by the Newburgh Sharks, Inc.
7. Any outstanding debts owed the Newburgh Sharks, Inc. must be paid prior to registering
for the 2006-2007 season.
8. Fifty percent (one-half) of the total registration fee for the 2006-2007 season is due upon
registration.
9. The balance of the registration fee for the 2006-2007 season must be paid in full by
December 1st, 2006.
10. Each swimmers’ family is responsible for providing their time and services at a minimum of
one-half of the sessions of all meets hosted by the Newburgh Sharks, Inc.
